To improve our competitiveness in recruiting more talents, the University has established the captioned funding scheme. New professoriate staff members are eligible for support.

The University offers a variety of funding programmes including (1) remunerations for research support staff, (2) equipment, (3) general expenses primarily grants for conferences, workshops and collaborative research, (4) ‘buy-out’ time/staff expenses (for Humanities and Social Sciences research projects only) and (5) one-year bridging funds.
